PORTUGAL — Portuguese football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, 41, has married his longtime partner, Georgina Rodríguez, 32, in a private ceremony in Portugal.
Ronaldo announced the marriage on social media by sharing a photo of the couple’s hands showing their wedding rings. He captioned the post simply: “C ❤️ G.”
The intimate ceremony reportedly took place in the coastal resort town of Cascais, near Lisbon, with the couple’s five children in attendance.
According to the Brunswick Group, which handles Ronaldo’s public relations, the wedding was a private and intimate celebration.
The marriage comes exactly one year after Rodríguez announced their engagement on Instagram.
Ronaldo, who recently represented Portugal at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, currently plays for Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr. The former Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus forward is also a five-time Ballon d’Or winner.
The wedding marks a new chapter for one of football’s most famous couples, who have been together for several years and have built a family in the public eye.
