According to reports by ESPN Deportes, Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has spoken out about the challenging environment his team will face in Istanbul, choosing to keep his full focus on the upcoming fixture rather than addressing potential future matchups with Real Madrid.
Focusing on the Istanbul Challenge
During his recent press commitments, Flick emphasized the intensity of the atmosphere that awaits the Catalan squad in Istanbul. The manager made it clear that navigating the hostile away environment requires total concentration from his players, treating the immediate challenge with the utmost seriousness.
Sidestepping Real Madrid Questions
When pressed by reporters about Real Madrid, Flick deliberately avoided entering into discussions regarding the club’s rivals. By keeping the narrative strictly centered on the current fixture and the immediate sporting demands in Istanbul, the Barcelona coach aimed to insulate his squad from external distractions.
