The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has continued uploading polling-unit results from the Osun State governorship election to its IReV results-viewing portal as the collation process progresses.
As of the latest update, 1,578 out of 3,763 expected polling-unit results have been uploaded, representing approximately 41.93% of the total results.
The results are being transmitted electronically as Presiding Officers complete the sorting, counting and submission of results from polling units across the state.
The IReV portal allows members of the public to view scanned copies of polling-unit result sheets as they are uploaded.
With collation ongoing across Osun State’s 30 Local Government Areas, the uploaded figures should not be interpreted as the final election outcome. No winner should be declared based solely on IReV uploads. The official result will be announced by INEC after the statutory collation process is completed.
